Build on the audience.
Grow beyond it.

Ana kate has a starting point in Allie’s audience. This audit looks at how to turn that attention into subscribers, strengthen follow-up, and prepare to reach new people.

01

Review the full path

Follow the journey from ads and content to download, onboarding and paid subscription. Assess whether the promise stays clear at each step and where the experience creates friction.

02

Find the gaps

Review conversion points, tracking, and email and text follow-up to see where people drop off. Separate visible problems from questions that need better data before a decision.

03

Choose what comes first

Prioritize the changes that should come before more paid acquisition or ongoing campaign work. Connect each recommendation to the journey stage it supports and the effort required.

DISCOVER / AUDIENCE & ACQUISITION

How does the right person find ana kate?

Review the existing audience, marketing channels and creative. Assess the clarity of the offer, the consistency between content and the destination, and the case for reaching beyond Allie’s audience. Check how traffic reaches the app and what can be measured or retargeted within privacy, consent and platform limits.

Findings you can
put to work.

The value is in connecting the pieces: what the audience sees, what the app asks them to do, and what happens next. You leave with a documented view of the journey and a practical order of action.

01 / JOURNEY MAP

A view of the complete path

A map of the current marketing journey from first touch through paid subscription and follow-up, with the handoffs, drop-off points and unanswered questions made visible.

Use it to see where the experience needs attention.

02 / AUDIT FINDINGS

What’s working. What needs work.

A written review of acquisition, messaging, conversion, onboarding and lifecycle communication. Findings distinguish what the available evidence supports from what still needs validation.

Use it to align the team around the same diagnosis.

03 / MEASUREMENT GAPS

Know what you can trust

A review of the available funnel reporting and tracking, highlighting missing visibility and the key measures to clarify before judging performance or increasing spend.

Use it to make better-informed growth decisions.

04 / PRIORITIZED ROADMAP

A clear order of action

A prioritized set of recommendations, organized around near-term fixes, follow-up tests and larger work to scope separately. Each priority includes its rationale, likely effort and dependencies.

Use it to decide what to tackle first and brief the next phase.

PLUS / A GUIDED READOUT

Walk through the findings together.

A team review session to explain the recommendations, answer questions and align on the next priorities. The written findings and roadmap remain with your team as the reference for what comes next.

From access
to a shared plan.

A focused engagement that brings the marketing journey into one view, with recommendations grounded in the materials and data available.

  1. FIRST / ALIGN

    Set the context

Confirm the growth goals, current offers, key questions and account access. Gather existing creative, journey screens, reports and email or text sequences.

  2. THEN / INVESTIGATE

    Connect the evidence

Walk the customer path, review the available performance data and compare the experience across channels. Identify friction, missed follow-up and measurement gaps.

  3. FINALLY / PRIORITIZE

    Make the next move clear

Bring the findings into a written roadmap and team readout. Clarify what can move forward, what needs a test and what requires a separate implementation scope.

04 / THE INVESTMENT

One focused audit.
A clearer growth plan.

$5,000 USD · one time

Includes the journey map, written findings, measurement review, prioritized roadmap and team readout. Implementation, campaign management, ad spend and tool costs are separate.

ESTIMATED TURNAROUND

~10 business days

Timing is confirmed once the scope, access and team availability are agreed.

Scope & boundaries

This proposed audit covers the marketing journey into and through ana kate: audience and channel fit, conversion points, tracking, onboarding and lifecycle communication.

It includes reviewing existing email and text sequences, setup, templates, send patterns and available performance data. The deliverables are a current journey map, written audit findings, a measurement-gap review, a prioritized roadmap and a team readout. Recommendations guide the next phase; implementing them is separate.

Building automations, writing or designing campaigns, producing UGC, running ads and changing the app are separate work to scope after the audit. This is not a medical, legal, security or code audit. No growth or revenue result is guaranteed.

What we’ll need to begin

Agree on the final scope and timing, then arrange the relevant account access, existing creative, customer journey and available performance reports. We’ll confirm the access plan before work starts.

The audit will use the data available and permitted. It does not assume every person can be tracked or retargeted.
